Neutral Tags

Bulk usage of Neutral tags would not increase your page rank. But these tags give a pleasant look to the users who are visiting your website. If your pages are designed very well with list tags then it will encourage the users stay with your website and it will kindle to visit all your pages. Major search engines like Google, MSN and Yahoo right now do not consider these tags. However they may consider these tags in future. According to well designing, search engines would not provide page rank to the websites. If this is considered then immediately your page rank will be increased quickly. 

Following tags are called neutral Tags.
<Body>, <Table>, <TR>, <TD>, <OL>, <UL>, <BR>, <Center>, <Font>, <Head>, <HR>, <Pre> and <P>

Body Tag: Each and every tag should be placed inside the body tag except HTML, Title and Meta tags.

Format of this tag: <Body>……..</body>

Table, TR and TD Tags: These tags are used to form a table, under a table a row, under a row a table data.

Format of these tags: <Table><Tr><Td>….</Td><Tr></Table>

BR Tag: Used to break the row. Format is <BR>

Centre Tag: Used to arrange the items on center position. Format is <Center>

 List Tags:

List tags are used to display the points one by one in good looking manner. List tags are 2 types:

1. OL: Ordered List
2: UL: Unordered List

The tag <LI> is used to list each items on both tags.

1. Example to implement Ordered List:
<OL>
<LI>List Item 1</LI>
<LI>List Item 2</LI>
<LI>List Item 3</LI>
</OL>

Out put of this tags on browser:
    1. List Item 1
    2. List Item 2
    3. List Item 3

2. Example to implement Unordered List:
<UL>
<LI>List Item 1</LI>
<LI>List Item 2</LI>
<LI>List Item 3</LI>
</UL>

Out put of these tags on browser:

·        List Item 1

·        List Item 2

·        List Item 3

Some more neutral HTML tags:

1. BR: Line Break
    Used to give a line break through the lines.
2. HR: Horizontal rule
    Used to draw a line.
3. Pre: Preformatted text
    Pre tag makes all the content appear in the browser as it is in the HTML editor.
4. P: Paragraph
    Used to give a new paragraph.
